What is your minimum order quantity?
Our MOQ is 500 pieces per style for most boxes and 1,000 pieces for pouches. For repeat and mixed orders we can be more flexible.
How long does sampling take?
Pre-production samples are ready in 5 to 7 days after artwork is confirmed. A free sample is available on request, with the buyer covering the freight.
Can you print our logo and brand colors?
Yes. We print with digital, UV and offset methods, and match brand colors with hot stamping, foil, emboss, deboss and spot UV finishes.
Do you offer eco-friendly materials?
Yes. Recycled board, FSC-certified paper, kraft and recyclable soft packaging options are available for every product line.
How do you ship, and how long does it take?
Express takes 3 to 7 days, air freight 7 to 15 days, and sea freight 26 to 50 days depending on the destination. We can ship on your account or arrange freight for you.
What do you need to give me a quote?
Product type, size, quantity, material, printing and finishing. If you have a dieline or artwork file, send it and we will quote from it directly.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes. We make a pre-production sample for your approval before any bulk run. Stock samples of similar structures can also be sent for reference.
